4-slot NLX (PCI- and ISA-bus) passive backplane with 1 NLX / 2 PCI / 1 ISA slots 
| INTRODUCTION |
The PCA-6104NP2 is a super compact 4-slot NLX passive backplane specially designed for Advantech's PCN-6351/L half-size NLX CPU card. It is only 210 mm by 110 mm in size, with both PCI and ISA slots. A maximum of 2 PCI and 1 ISA cards can be plugged into the backplane and operated simultaneously.
FDD, HDD and Power Connectors
Connectors for one floppy drive and 2 IDE devices are designed into the PCA-6104NP2 for convenience. Therefore the floppy drive and other IDE devices may be connected to the NLX CPU card (PCN-6351/L) or to connectors on the backplane. This simplifies cabling and saves time during system maintenance. Other on-board connectors include AT and ATX power connectors to increase the PCA-6104NP2's versatility.
Designed for Advantech's IPC-644NP2 Chassis
The mounting holes of the PCA-6104NP2 match those of the IPC-644NP2 NLX chassis. Users may choose to design their own chassis or use Advantech's convenient IPC-644NP2 NLX chassis as a system solution.
