Japan Introduces Medical And Healthcare Solutions at International
Modern Hospital Show

exhibited medical-grade
e-platform products at the International Modern Hospital Show 2002
from July 17 to 19, 2002 at Tokyo Big Sight. This
event was the first medical-oriented exhibition that Advantech
Japan joined for promoting Panel PC products
to the Japanese medical market and is also the initial step to probe
potential business in medical market segment.

system integrator to answer the needs of a customer’s
state-of-the-art digital photo processing application. Used in the
customer’s photo processing stores, the digital photo station
allows customers to transfer digital images and data from a variety
of storage mediums (IC Card, CompactFlash™, Smart Media, Zip, CD/DVD,
Sony Memory Stick) into the
system, manipulate the images with their Windows-based proprietary
software using a friendly touchscreen interface, then output the
enhanced photo(s) onto high quality paper, e-mail the photos to a
desired WWW location or be re-saved.
