Advantech has released the POC-195 with 19” high-contrast LCD to help medical professionals in their day-to-day jobs, so they can focus on delivering better patient care. The POC-195 is sealed against water and dust, and has on/off buttons that are seamlessly integrated into the front panel for easy cleaning. A book light and optional alarm light, trim knob and touchscreen make the POC-195 easier than ever to use.

The Medical Computing Platform Group of Advantech Corporation has released the upgraded MDPC-4090CDL with built-in 7" LCD screen and slide-away keyboard. Normally, two external screens are required for medical applications. This all-in-one design gives medical professionals more room to work by enabling control functions to be carried out on the built-in screen while medical images are viewed on a single external screen.

Advantech has upgraded POC Slim Series panel computers to help medical personnel care for patients in a faster and safer way. The 15” POC-S155 and 17” POC-S175 now feature a choice of processors up to Pentium M 1.4 GHz for more responsive applications that save time. Upgraded models have an optional built-in uninterruptible power supply that provides 30 minutes of operational power for safer data storage and graceful shutdown of applications.
